PSV Eindhoven has fought it's way back after falling behind in the table and is now only one point behind Ajax with two games to go. The prestigious 3-2 win against Feyenoord was a true statement demonstrating fighting spirit and attacking potential of the hosts. Fifth win in a row, at least three goals scored for the fifth time and the final phase of the Dutch Eredivisie promised to be really spectacular. PSV is clearly in form and will put Ajax in pressure in the final rounds. The hosts haven't lost against Heracles since 2015 and has won all of their last 6 matches. Heracles is stuck in the middle of the table. Neither at the top or the bottom and thus without any real incentive to try again. The narrow 2-1 away win at Willem II was okay but before that there were clear 1-4 losses against Groningen and Feyenoord. Heracles often lacks the stability away from home this season to seriously compete against a top team with strong attacking skills like PSV Eindhoven. |
